  • Gather and prioritize business requirements: Partner with GTM leaders, end-users, and Systems architects to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and governed appropriately

  • Lead tool training and adoption: Develop and deliver tech stack enablement playbooks and track adoption to measure value realization across the GTM teams

What You Bring:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions – preferably in a financial payments and/or B2B software environment

  • Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of GTM processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline, and commissions) and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce/CPQ, Gong, and Marketo)

  • Proven experience designing scalable processes, leveraging data and technology to drive measurable business impact

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally, bridge business needs with technical solutions, and deliver impactful and timely projects

  • A proactive, efficiency-thinking approach with a passion for continuous improvement and automation

We use our Flywire Advantage - the combination of our next-gen payments platform, proprietary payment network and vertical specific software, to help our clients get paid, and help their customers pay with ease - no matter where they are in the world.

What more do we need to truly be unstoppable? Perhaps, that is you!

Who we are:

Today we support more than 4,800 clients across the global education, healthcare, travel & B2B industries, with diverse payment methods across 240 countries & territories and more than 140 currencies.

With over 1,200 global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 12 offices world-wide, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.

The Opportunity:

As a key member of the global Revenue Operations team, the Growth Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency, scalability, and visibility across the revenue engine by streamlining processes and unlocking the full potential of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack. This role is ideal for an efficiency and automation-minded operator, who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, process, technology, and execution.

In this role, you will directly impact Flywire’s ability to scale Revenue Operations globally across Education, Travel, B2B, and Healthcare verticals. By simplifying processes, improving data flow, and enabling AI and automation, you’ll empower our GTM teams to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth.

Local to Boston is preferred.
What You’ll Do:

  • Design and optimize Sales processes: Enable for scale by identifying friction points and reducing manual effort – while also maintaining both process and data integrity

  • Drive the RevOps tech stack roadmap: Ensure our technology investments deliver measurable business impact, streamline sales processes, and drive strong user adoption

  • Identity and execute AI and automation opportunities: Enhance both seller and RevOps productivity and data reliability (e.g., AI-driven coaching and insights; data enrichment)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation, including Restricted Stock Units
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Flying Start - Our immersive Global Induction Program
  • Work with brilliant people that will keep you on your toes, learn more about their journeys by checking out #InsideFlywire on social media
  • Dynamic & Global Team (we have been collaborating virtually for years!)
  • Wellbeing Programs (Mental Health, Wellness) with Global FlyMates
  • Be a meaningful part in our success - every FlyMate makes an impact
  • Competitive time off including FlyBetter Days to volunteer in a cause you believe in and Digital Disconnect Days!
  • Great Talent & Development Programs
