The Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Payment Operations, Pay-Outs is a regional Operations leadership role requiring managerial skills and technical payments knowledge to ensure optimal business execution in Asia Pacific (APAC). The Pay-Outs team is responsible for cash management, foreign exchange (FX), payout and refunding processes. The APAC team extends across Australia, India, and Singapore. The Senior Manager will collaborate with colleagues from the business and other back office functions like Finance, Compliance, Network Management and Product to ensure smooth day to day payment processing. The Senior Manager will coach the team and deploy extensive payments knowledge and stakeholder management skills to deliver high impact results to the business.

The Senior Manager, Payment Operations, Pay-Outs must be both strategic and tactical to ensure success. As a regional lead, the Senior Manager must be capable of understanding complex operational and transaction banking nuances to make sound and sustainable decisions during APAC business hours. The Senior Manager will also develop talent within the team and create opportunities to recognize top performers. Throughout all this, the Senior Manager will collaborate with teams across the organization and drive transparent communication to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
What you'll be doing:

  • Manage a regional team to execute APAC Operations related to cash management, FX, outgoing payment processing, and refunds
  • Manage and control the daily operations processes
  • Deliver regulatory reports timely and accurately
  • Investigate and resolve complex APAC Operations escalations
  • Build strong relationships with business leads and stakeholders in Compliance, Finance, Network Management, and Product
  • Optimize payment network processes
  • Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to the Pay-Outs team
  • Be the expert and “go-to” person in all the operational processes and systems
  • Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback to team to inform decision-making
  • Use data to make decisions that will impact operational processes
  • Be the main point of contact for the different internal and external stakeholders that rely on the team’s operational execution

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing teams of 5+ people
  • Deep understanding of cash management, FX, and payment processing
  • Deadline focussed with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)
  • Passion for problem solving and helping customers
  • Highly effective communication skills

We, at Flywire, are seeking an Agile-savvy Project Manager with a strong Business Analysis background to serve as the bridge between our product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. You will own delivery of critical projects to our data and analytics solutions—eliciting requirements, breaking down complex features, and guiding cross-functional squads to on-time, high-quality releases. This role requires the individual to work in a dynamic environment with the ability to switch contexts quickly.

Drive Agile Delivery

  • Document our delivery process and ensure the data and analytics teams are trained and onboarded to the new process
  • Define required attributes that we need to track in JIRA and ensure its well documented
  • Serve as Agile Coach and Scrum Master for cross-functional teams (data engineers, analytics engineers, business intelligence developers, etc.).
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Demos, Retrospectives).

Prioritization & Planning

  • Review incoming tickets and partner with our data engineering and business intelligence leads to manage our backlog, prioritize tickets, estimate work breakdown, level resources, and establish milestone plans.
  • Ensure tickets are properly categorized (e.g. Incidents vs. New Work) and triage tickets appropriately based on type, criticality, and scope.
  • Partner with our BI and Data Engineering teams to gather and document business & technical requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows). Ensure all details are properly captured and documented in JIRA.
  • Decompose features into Epics, Stories, and Tasks; maintain and groom the product backlog.

Technical Liaison

  • Translate business goals into business and technical features for technical teams
  • Ensure traceability from requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment

Stakeholder Management

  • Own communication with leadership, external partners, and internal stakeholders—providing status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and change management.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with QA to define test plans, acceptance tests, and support UAT.
  • Define and analyze sprint metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect trends); drive process improvements to boost predictability and quality.
  • Create reports and insights on our ability to execute and deliver, highlighting where improvements can be made

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years combining Agile project management and business-analysis experience in a SaaS or payments context
  • Proven track record as a Scrum Master or Agile PM, ideally with dual BA responsibilities.
  • Strong technical fluency—comfortable reading API specs, data schemas, and system diagrams.
  • Excellent at writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and status reports.
  • Exceptional communicator—adept at aligning data / analytics, and business teams.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent. Agile certification is strongly preferred.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive impact in our rapidly growing business by identifying and solving problems that provide value to our customers and stakeholders in India.   • Working under some supervision, oversee product launch of small to medium complexity projects and features, and expected to demonstrate autonomy and independence.
  • Understand and contribute to the overall product strategy and vision through the roadmap. Define initiatives in detail in order to get the most impact out of the product roadmap.
  • Earn the trust and confidence of the squad through influence and be responsible for prioritizing and defining the deliverables and outcomes for your squad. Lead the squad of your product area, managing the different agile rituals to ensure deliverability. You will work along along with engineers, QA and designers
  • Be able to work across cross-functional teams and influence them to drive your roadmap objectives.
  • Ability to build products and new functionalities with design and engineering teams following rituals and writing detailed requirements.
  • Be the expert on your product while understanding how your product fits within the Flywire ecosystem. Use a variety of tools and data to understand how your product is performing. Identify opportunities, gather problems and find solutions for your customers (internal and external) and stakeholders. Understand how your product is positioned in the market and anticipate market trends.
  • Be able to effectively communicate your ideas and viewpoints to a varied audience.
  • Must be comfortable working across multiple time zones in this highly collaborative role.
  • Engage in travel as needed.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • 4-6 years of Product Management experience in Fintech and payments, with a demonstrable passion for building user-centric products.
  • Good understanding of the Indian payments landscape and financial regulations, with experience in cross-border payments preferred.
  • Exceptional skill in conducting user research, with a particular emphasis on understanding the needs, preferences, and pain points of Indian payers.
  • Ability to establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive product growth and optimization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that embraces continuous iteration and improvement, including the use of a/b testing methodologies to drive data-informed product decisions, optimize the user experience, and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
  • Strategic thinker with a laser focus on execution, capable of transforming vision into a compelling roadmap

The Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Payment Operations, Pay-Outs is a regional Operations leadership role requiring managerial skills and technical payments knowledge to ensure optimal business execution in Asia Pacific (APAC). The Pay-Outs team is responsible for cash management, foreign exchange (FX), payout and refunding processes. The APAC team extends across Australia, India, and Singapore. The Senior Manager will collaborate with colleagues from the business and other back office functions like Finance, Compliance, Network Management and Product to ensure smooth day to day payment processing. The Senior Manager will coach the team and deploy extensive payments knowledge and stakeholder management skills to deliver high impact results to the business.

The Senior Manager, Payment Operations, Pay-Outs must be both strategic and tactical to ensure success. As a regional lead, the Senior Manager must be capable of understanding complex operational and transaction banking nuances to make sound and sustainable decisions during APAC business hours. The Senior Manager will also develop talent within the team and create opportunities to recognize top performers. Throughout all this, the Senior Manager will collaborate with teams across the organization and drive transparent communication to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
What you'll be doing:

  • Manage a regional team to execute APAC Operations related to cash management, FX, outgoing payment processing, and refunds
  • Manage and control the daily operations processes
  • Deliver regulatory reports timely and accurately
  • Investigate and resolve complex APAC Operations escalations
  • Build strong relationships with business leads and stakeholders in Compliance, Finance, Network Management, and Product
  • Optimize payment network processes
  • Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to the Pay-Outs team
  • Be the expert and “go-to” person in all the operational processes and systems
  • Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback to team to inform decision-making
  • Use data to make decisions that will impact operational processes
  • Be the main point of contact for the different internal and external stakeholders that rely on the team’s operational execution

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing teams of 5+ people
  • Deep understanding of cash management, FX, and payment processing
