The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a motivated and hardworking Partner Relations Consultant - Associate, Pay-Ins to manage and streamline the payment process in Flywire. In this role, you will work to optimize current partner relationships and identify areas for improvement. This individual will support both the Payment Operations, CMT Payouts and Customer Support Teams, and serve as a subject matter on the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Consult and assist Flywire Operations Teams in matching incoming payments against partner requests
  • Conduct daily follow-up with internal and external teams for unsolved processing issues
  • Assist Flywire to conduct Payer KYC
  • Assist Flywire to make account receivables reports
  • Assist Flywire to leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform decision-making

Here's what we are looking for:

  • BS/BA is preferred
  • A financial services or operations background is required
  • 1 -2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience working in a professional and multi-cultural office environment
  • The ability to build processes, identifying inefficiencies and potential risks
  • Working proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, Jira, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Chinese and fluency in English (required), other languages are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • An appetite for continuous learning
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Looker will be advantageous in this role

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a passionate and driven to lead the roadmap and execution of our , with a particular focus on creating seamless, localized payment experiences for Chinese payers .

At Flywire, Product Managers are not just builders—they’re . In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your product area and drive it forward with the support of cross-functional partners.


What You'll Do:

  • Own the product roadmap for your area, aligning with overall product strategy and adapting to evolving market and user trends.
  • Engage directly with Chinese customers through relevant local channels (e.g., in-app surveys, Chinese social media, forums) to understand their behaviors, preferences, pain points, and unmet needs.
  • Stay ahead of China's payment trends , keeping your roadmap agile and responsive to changes in payer expectations and behavior.
  • Lead product launches of small to mid-sized initiatives, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in delivery.
  • Define and scope initiatives in detail to maximize impact from the roadmap.
  • Lead your squad —including engineering, QA, and design—through agile rituals, delivering clear priorities and outcomes.
  • Influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Support) to drive alignment and momentum.
  • Write clear, contextual product requirements that enable your squad to build efficiently and effectively.
  • Use data tools and performance metrics to evaluate product performance , identify areas for improvement, and surface opportunities.
  • Understand how your product fits into the broader Flywire ecosystem , including how it’s positioned in the market.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, adapting your message to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Work across multiple time zones in a collaborative global team environment.
  • Be open to occasional travel to meet users, partners, or internal teams.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of product management experience , ideally in fintech or payments , with a strong track record in B2C product development.
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese payments landscape and relevant financial regulations . Experience with cross-border payments is a strong advantage.
  • Proven expertise in user research , especially around Chinese consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into product improvements.
  • Strong data-driven mindset; skilled in setting and tracking KPIs to guide product growth and decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with a passion for continuous iteration , using tools like A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution ; you know how to turn vision into an actionable roadmap.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly express ideas, influence without authority, and align stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience writing concise, contextual product requirements and working effectively with engineering and design teams.
  • Comfortable working in lean, agile environments and participating fully in agile development processes.
  • Fluency in English is required

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a motivated and hardworking Partner Relations Consultant - Associate, Pay-Ins to manage and streamline the payment process in Flywire. In this role, you will work to optimize current partner relationships and identify areas for improvement. This individual will support both the Payment Operations, CMT Payouts and Customer Support Teams, and serve as a subject matter on the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Consult and assist Flywire Operations Teams in matching incoming payments against partner requests
  • Conduct daily follow-up with internal and external teams for unsolved processing issues
  • Assist Flywire to conduct Payer KYC
  • Assist Flywire to make account receivables reports
  • Assist Flywire to leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform decision-making

Here's what we are looking for:

  • BS/BA is preferred
  • A financial services or operations background is required
  • 1 -2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience working in a professional and multi-cultural office environment
  • The ability to build processes, identifying inefficiencies and potential risks
  • Working proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, Jira, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Chinese and fluency in English (required), other languages are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • An appetite for continuous learning
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Looker will be advantageous in this role
