Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Planner is responsible for assisting the Production Manager with planning and monitoring manufacturing schedules, as well as assisting with project preparation. This position will act as a liaison between the inventory department and assigned manufacturing department ensuring that all materials are stocked for each project.
: 6:00am-2:45pm
What a typical day looks like:
Plan, review, and update department production schedule; track the progress of the manufacturing process for each active project
Read production schedules, drawings, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority
Work with internal departments (inventory, quality assurance, purchasing) to optimize material availability and resolve any issues that may affect the schedule.
Inform Production Manager of material status and consult with manager to determine how to resolve outstanding materials that could affect production
Initiate picking process for timely delivery of materials from inventory to production department
Evaluate factors that impact production schedules.
Make recommendations to improve processes and procedure changes.
Performs other related duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, warehouse management, or other related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Basic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

What a typical day looks like:
Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various skill, policy, and compliance areas
Researches and identifies areas in which training is required and/or beneficial
Evaluates and modifies existing or proposed programs; suggests and implements suitable changes
Designs, drafts, and/or acquires new training materials
Administers, scores, and logs results of qualification, learning assessment, and retention tests; arranges retraining or other appropriate action for insufficient scores
Facilitates delivery of training by reserving and setting up needed audiovisual equipment and training rooms (if needed); scheduling training times with attendees; preparing and distributing training aids such as handouts; and performing other related tasks
Creates, develops, provides, or coordinates training, materials, and other educational tools, as needed.

Reporting to the Electrical Testing Supervisor, the Electrical Test Technician will complete electrical testing of products during the manufacturing process based on established testing procedures.

What a typical day looks like:
Follow AC/DC schematics and wiring diagrams to do testing of main electrical distribution AC/DC systems
Perform testing on various systems including HVAC system, lighting, receptacles, fans, fire alarm systems, battery system, and meggering of cables
Work closely with engineering and production team members to ensure accurate, efficient and timely execution of required testing work
Be able to troubleshoot assembly, wiring and testing problems
Drafts detailed technical reports to present findings; based on findings, recommends modifications needed to correct production problems
Perform other related duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
2+ years’ experience in electrical testing or related field
Knowledge in testing of three phase AC and DC control circuits.
Good working knowledge of standard electrical testing and measuringequipment
Knowledge of Electrical Safety Procedures and NEC Codes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss product flaws in a constructive and positive manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.
Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials available.
Measures and aligns materials to be used.
