Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services
Schedule meetings or demos for BD representatives with interested leads
Update and maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM systems
Assist with lead generation and research (e.g., LinkedIn, company databases)
Develop creative strategies to engage multiple levels of the target customer’s organization
Support cross-functional team in qualifying accounts and opportunities
Support in the preparation of sales materials, reports, and presentations
Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and internal follow-up

The experience we are looking to add to our team:
Recent graduate (or graduating soon) with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with customers professionally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Minimal travel required – with potential travel requirements for customer meetings as required
Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus
Familiarity with sales or marketing concepts is a plus
Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn

In this position, you will be continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.
What a typical day looks like:
Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.
Applying and deploying Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization.
In charge of eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.
Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
Drive and Yokoten the identified best practices based on the accord timelines.
Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs.
Conduct Industrial Engineering, lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean Continuous Improvement culture throughout the organization by co-guiding and co-facilitating Lean Deployment.
Perform assessment of Continuous Improvement Maturity Tracker Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps.
Diligently participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects.
For assigned specialproject/segment/customerpriorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean.
Transformation. Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities.
Incentive a participation and training of Flex Employees, Suppliers and Customers.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team
Typically requires 8-10 years of related experience
2+ years in supervisory role (regulated industry experience preferred)
Engineering degree preferred (strong preference Industrial Engineering)
Demonstrates functional, technical skills as well as customer service attitude (external and internal).
Teamwork participation to enable project improvement.
Ability to mentor and grow team members
Knowledge of Minitab a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Comprehends the strategic & tactical impact of the function across sites.
Demonstrate good level knowledge of Industrial Engineering Lean & Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt preferred)
Demonstrates detailed expertise in VERY COMPLEX situations and multiple areas.
Must be able to guide direct projects based on business initiatives and customer needs.
