Reporting to the, the Lead Part Validation & Supplier Quality Engineer role involvesmaintaining quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• To lead end to end the part validation (from request for Full part release)
• To contact with Supplier - to gather and check the document per requirements
• To conduct the Supplier audit in case of needs
• Close work with Customer regarding the status and requirements for validation
• Close cooperation with designer
• Work in system for consolidation and have final release from Customer (PLM)
• Close work with CFT
• Reporting and data analyses for success intime components release(internally and externally)
• Strong keeping commitments and priority definition ability
• To lead the validation process and team
• Technical analytical abilities refer to the capacity to analyze technical processes, systems, and problems, and solve them based on logical thinking and a deep understanding of technical aspects.

Analyzing and interpreting test data and product performance and preparing technical advice for repair.

Resolving yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.

Training and instructing floor support, repair technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as on following up of proper problem solutions.

What a typical day looks like:

• Prepare technical summary reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.

• Interface and confer with engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.

• Use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software for analysis purpose.

• Allocate defect causes to the various sources e.g. process, material, and prepares reports for follow other involved like quality, purchasing, SQA.

• Interfere with floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as proper problem-solving techniques.

• Resolve test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.

• Analyse and configure digital circuits using Field programable Gate Array (FPGA) and Ball Grid Array (BGA).

• Resolve failures from Point of origin / point of detection.

• Analyze and interpret test data and product performance with proper evidence of design related Failure analyze Report

• Developing and initiating standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
• Devising sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Developing and implementing methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and deviing methods to assess cost.
• Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
• Compiling and writing training material and conducting training sessions on quality control activities.
• Hold up Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
• Assure data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
• Initiate corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
• Assist with development and implementation of quality audits.
• In charge of developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
• Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
• Explore reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.
• Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and research of equipment and facilities.
• Approve product, process and equipment qualifications.
• Provide liaison to various regulatory bodies.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 2 years of experience.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations.
• Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Use of the following tools may be required:
• Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics. May require various PCB operations.
• Testing: oscilloscope, cable and harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer.
• Inspection: bare board, systems, components, cable and harness, microscope, measuring tools.
