What a typical day looks like:
Keeps track of received data and source documents.
Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
Types process and status reports, and assigns and monitors document numbers.
Receives all forms of product documentation (electronic and hard copy). Performs data validation tasks by checking the information vs. alternate data sources.
Contacts those preparing source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.
Performs data corrections according to direction.
Enters alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
Collects and distributes documentation required for processing Engineering Change Orders (ECO's).
Collects and reports process performance metrics.
Tracks work completed by customer program for reporting purposes.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Diploma E&TC or Electrical with 0 to 2 years of experience in EMS industries/Process engineering.
Should be willing to work in any shift.

Creating part numbers for BOM in agile & Baan Creating AVL in agile & Baansystem.
Downloading customer documents like product specifications etc & releasing same in CDC Work as a Change Analysts during NPI for new changes.
Release Part list to production for new models & after implementation ofECO's
Efficiently managing ECOs for manufacturing sites across the globe Use Agile (PLM) system for ECO (Engineering Change Order) creation, reviewing , routing, tracking, releasing anddistribution.
Study the ECOs / Drawings closely and coordinate with the site Process / Product Engineeringteam
Work closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates /modifications.
Respond to Business Partner (requestor) and customer on queries relating to Engineering Change Orders Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics.
Good in People management & Leadership skills
The experience we’re looking to add to ourteam:
Diploma in EEE / ECE / Mech / E&TC or B.Sc in Physics / ECS
0 to 2 years’ experience in Automotive Industry /EMS / Electronics Products Manufacturing Industry.
Hands on experience in the following domains NPI (New Product Introduction) ECO (Engineering Change Order management) BOM (Bill Of Materials) Management Hands on Experience in any PLM software linked to ECO process
Excellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishMANDATORY.
Knowledge of MS office and MSoutlook
Good analyticalskills.
Coaching & mentoring skills. Conflictresolution.
