• Responsible for Collection, analysis & archival of the component information related to Environmental Compliance thro’ Compliance Tool Management
• Interaction with Manufacturers across the world to collect the Environmental declarations & provides guidance on Compliance information requested by Requestor
• Provide support to Supplier Quality Engineers/Commodity
•Management/Procurement/Design
• Handling the regulation changes in Compliance Tool & forecast the risk of the affected parts for the Product Environment Compliance team to alert the site
• Provide Training to suppliers on the Environmental Compliance requirements with respect to customer needs wherever required
• Coordinating with Global Environmental Compliance team for resolution of any new requirements from customer or Compliance related queries from site.
• Support organization in regulatory compliance/ internal/third party audits.
• Knowledge of – ROHS, REACh, SCIP, IMDS, CAMDS, Material Analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in EEE / ECE / Mech / E&TC
• 0 to 2 years’ experience in Automotive Industry /EMS / Electronics Products Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic components
• Knowledge on MS Office
• Good analytical and logical reasoning
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

What a typical day looks like:
Coordinate and follow up on several program management reports within offshore Center (Global Business Services - GBS) & Site Customer Focus Team.
Oversee/ Coordinates program activities with all inter-departments ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverable.
Handles data of a highly confidential and critical in nature.
Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within GBS / SITE Customer Focus Team.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or Management or equivalent with a minimum of 10 - 12 years of overall experience, to include 2-3 years in a team management in previous role(s)
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, preferable in the EMS industry
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues to the management
Ability to work on multiple tasks and should be flexible to deliver beyond expectations
The ability to work in a global environment with a strong customer focus, with experience of pro-actively working with demanding customers in a flexible manner
Team player, must be able to collaborate across multiple operational areas
Proficient with Microsoft Office products like Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
