Responsibilities:

• Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.
• Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.
  

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide failure analysis according client’s requirement, and explain the test report.
• Coordinate manufacturing engineer to look for root cause if needed.
• Develop new test methods to meet the requirement of the client.
• Knowledge of IPC standards required.
• Excellent data analysis and Failure Analysis reporting capabilities required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering, PCBA related.
• Minimum of 4 years in lab failure analysis.
• Strong analysis skill in FA test equipment and methods (X-ray, Cross section, SEM/EDS, FTIR and so on).
• Be able to perform ROHS test (XRF, UV, GCMS, AAS, ICP-OES)
• Set up FA lab, evaluate and buy equipment from qualified supplier, draw up SOP and other documents.
• Handle kinds of issues with customers.
• Play the roles defined in the ISO17025.
• Willing to work with the team and ability to coordinate and consolidate individual deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.

Job Decription:

• Customer requirement document analysis, testing plan, and strategy development
• Construction of testing facilities (testing equipment/setup)
• Write test programs to achieve automated testing
• Debug and update testing programs based on sample functionality.
• Analyze test reports, report on products, tests, issues, and other related content

Technical requirements:

Experience requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in electronic product testing

What a typical day looks like:

• Be familiar with SOE study using stopwatch. Be good at analysising line balance and know how to do improvement and setup the reasonable HC configuration based on time study.

What a typical day looks like:

• Contact Window to customer for test portion, including conf-call with customer.
• Be responsible for the import of test related HW/material/parts consigned from customer.
• Be responsible for test line set up, verification, including test fixture buy-off.
• New tester deployment (Gage R&R, Strain Gage) review for all test equipment with test development team, or 3rd party supplier.
• Address design for testability (DFT) issues to Customer during NPI phase.
• Perform PFMEA, Risk management on product test process.
• Perform FA on test failures/issues, report related test status and FA to customer timely and follow up.
• Provide all required test deliverables such as issue tracker, failure analysis/action, FA report to internal team and customer.
