Job summary:

This Director of Global Account Manager – Health Solutions role will report to a VP of Global Account Management and will develop and manage the growth relationship of one of our largest, multi-national med-tech partners and potentially additional, focused engagements.

Core required skills – large account management experience, ability to craft and articulate the compelling Health Solutions value proposition with existing and business expansion opportunities and financial fluency for commercial negotiations for group profitability metrics.

:

  • Strategic - Analyze and understand customers’ business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities and align Flex resources where mutually beneficial; relationship management and shaping propositions to meet client requirements.

  • Commercial – Review business metrics (delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, financials), manage internal and external financial elements amid shifting economic challenges.

  • Forecasting, reducing inventory; financial metrics to evaluate and assess financial performance.

  • Work closely with global project teams to ensure alignment to goals.

:

  • A completed degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent field of study.

  • Relevant work experience as a sales professional in the healthcare- focused electronic manufacturing services industry with focus on business-to-business and large/strategic customer engagements.

  • Demonstrated strategic framing and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandarin & English), ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to various stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel within Southern China with periodic global travel.

The advanced engineering director is accountable for the development of technology and platform for next generation high power supplies. This job will supervise a team of engineers and technician. The job encompass development of next 3-5 years technology roadmap, proof of concept, platform working prototypes, design simulations, patent application and technology presentation materials. This job require engagement with suppliers and industry work groups on latest available technology, research of new inventions, collaboration with product development design teams, communication and presentation to customers, marketing and senior executives. This position reports to VP of engineering.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop 3-5 years technology roadmap aligned with the company business need, market trend and technology advancement.

  • Develop best in class technology to compete with tier 1 competitors to showcase capability and win new business. Application is focus on but not limited to high power switching power supplies for data center application such as power shelves, and power racks.

  • Investigate and implement latest materials and technology on magnetics core, geometry, winding technique, assembly structure to achieve best in class efficiency and size.

  • Investigate and implementation of latest devices, design architecture and topology, firmware control & algorithm to achieve best in class performance.

  • Perform calculation and simulation of schematic design, magnetics design and thermal management.

  • Development of fully working prototypes for internal and external demonstration. Prototypes (reference design) with quality and maturity level that can be handed to product design team to continue development and bring to mass production, reducing time to market.

  • Support design team by performing design review of new designs, and analysis to resolve complex design issues.

  • Support marketing, sales and company executives in presenting the latest technology and sample demonstration.

  • Work with suppliers to identify and drive latest technology on component and devices.

  • Collaborate with design team in implementing latest designs and technology.

  • Collaborate with CTO and advance technology center (ATC) on new technology and inventions.

  • Participation in power technology workgroups such as CPES, IEEE transaction and others.

  • Regular updates to VP of engineering and knowledge sharing with internal design teams.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • More than 15-year experience in power electronics with background on high power in server and data center application. Experience in BBU, energy storage and rack power are a plus.

  • Experience in managing a team of engineers and technician with hands on attitude.

  • Good communication both in oral, writing and presentation in English.

  • Good interpersonal skill, able to deal with multi-cultural and level of people.

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Master’s degree, PhD is a plus.

  • Self-driven, team player and competitive attitude to be industry best in class.

role is accountable for driving the Embedded Power Products manufacturing testing solutions to meet industrialization requirements. The role oversees and refines the prototypes and industrialization stage products Testing methodology, Test process, Test coverage, equipment/automation solutions, fixtures need. The Test Development Director ensures that the Testing solutions adhere to the UPH, Capacity, and Quality requirements. The Test Development Director collaborates closely with the R&D team, and Site Manufacturing team to successfully implement the appropriate Testing solutions for mass production. The Test Development Director manages a team of TE Managers, Engineers, and Technicians who are assigned to various category products undergoing the industrialization process.

  • Test Methodology Development

  • Test Manufacturing Plan development

  • Test platform development/ sustaining for Embedded Power testing

  • Develop test coverage meet FPLC, product spec and Quality requirements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, or a related field major.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience inNPI/Industrialization,Testing or Test Development leader or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and development environments

  • Ability to efficiently work in a fast-moving multi-site / multi geography environments

  • To be both a team leader and an individual contributor

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical, GR&R, Cpk and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in the testing processes of power products

  • Proficient in the field of Testing Automation solutions
