Program Manager, Global Legal Mail Process Responsibilities
Manage the global legal mail intake process, collaborating with the facilities group to understand how the mail is routed, delivered, and processed.
Influence and update triage rules for efficient sorting and routing of legal mail.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to the mail intake process.
Ensure that legal mail is forwarded to the correct legal department parties in a timely and efficient manner.
Partner with XFN teams to ensure systems are set up for success, including working on automation, system upgrades, and migrations when necessary.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency in legal mail processing.
Ensure systems are fully integrated and aligned to support routing and tracking of legal mail across the organization.
Collaborate with the other program manager responsible for the process and operations of the legal mail program to ensure alignment of objectives and responsibilities.
Coordinate with legal and other teams to ensure effective communication and handling of sensitive legal documents.
Drive relationships across departments and act as a liaison between legal, facilities, and IT teams.
Ensure timely delivery of mail and address any intake or routing issues, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them quickly.
Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting to track the success of legal mail routing and intake processes.
Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Track compliance with internal and external mail handling regulations to ensure that processes are in line with organizational policies.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on operations, systems integration, and process improvement.
General knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.).
Demonstrated experience understanding of cross-functional collaboration and experience/familiarity how to work effectively with teams across departments.
Experience with system setup, migration, and automation initiatives.
Knowledge of legal mail, intake, and processing practices.
Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a variety of global teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving experience with ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Operations Management (or similar field), or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
Security Engineer, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Responsibilities
Design and implement systems that enhance the security of Meta’s Identity & Access Management Systems.
Build and maintain tools that improve the Identity and Access Management posture at Meta.
Conducting design and code reviews Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability for assigned product area and/or systems.
Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area and/or systems.
Interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa.
Communicate security findings to internal to a variety of stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide defensible recommendations on technical, physical and administrative control implementations based on findings while balancing the cost versus benefits.
Participating in the development and oversight of corrective actions relating to security issues.
Participating in cross-functional, team, and status review meetings.
Recommending process improvement and strategic initiatives as related to security.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Python/C++ and PHP/Hack.
BSc in Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of software development experience

Program and project management skills.
Experience building large-scale distributed systems or similar experience.
Good grasp of SOX, SOC2, NIST, PCI, ISO, and other security regulations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including a basic understanding of data analysis techniques.

Experience with developing security reporting and recommendations that are meaningful, defensible and actionable for a variety of audiences.

Knowledge of evaluating systems architectural designs, data-flow diagrams and technical security implementations, particularly in context of access management in different geographical locations.
Experience in assessing security deficiencies in first-party/internal information systems and recommending mitigating controls.

Establish technical direction for new Privacy teams in our most highly pressured or ambiguous areas
