  • Experience in prototyping.
  • Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense.
  • Strategic product thinking with the experience of understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in clearly and succinctly articulating the goals of your team.

  • Project Sourcing and Contracting: Scope out project terms and contracts with external production companies, creator agencies, adtech partners, and agencies, taking final responsibility for production deliverables and actuals.
  • Time and Project Management: Demonstrated experience in time/project management skills with capacity to juggle several projects simultaneously.
  • Internal Cross-Functional Partnerships: Coordinate with multiple internal cross-functional partnerships (Business Affairs, Finance, Legal, Sales, Compliance teams, Partnerships, etc) to integrate creative offerings into broader business strategies.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Identify and resolve production problems with ingenuity and a contagious “can-do” attitude, while partnering and managing relationships with external vendors.
  • Strategic Planning and Teamwork: Strategize and collaborate with multiple creative teams and producers across all regions to achieve Meta's goals.

  • Production company, Creator agency and/or Advertising Agency Producer experience is a must.
  • Creator marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic planning and alignment, executing high-priority business workstreams, delivering measurable business impact through creative services.
  • Expertise in social media/digital advertising and marketing, including creator marketing, social media trends, marketing technologies, and modern production pipelines and best practices.
  • A keen understanding of social media performance metrics and measurement strategies.
  • Knowledge of Meta's products and platforms.
  • Evidenced success with communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and analytical skills, and the mindset to continually optimise and improve processes.
  • Capacity to work in our London office at least 3 days a week (hybrid).
  • Fluency in English
  • EMEA and APAC market knowledge

Data Engineer, Product Analytics Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way
  • Design, build, and launch collections of sophisticated data models and visualizations that support multiple use cases across different products or domains
  • Define and manage Service Level Agreements for all data sets in allocated areas of ownership
  • Solve challenging data integration problems, utilizing optimal Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) patterns, frameworks, query techniques, sourcing from structured and unstructured data sources
  • Improve logging
  • Assist in owning existing processes running in production, optimizing complex code through advanced algorithmic concepts
  • Optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems to facilitate easier development of data artifacts
  • Influence product and cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities to drive impact
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience where the primary responsibility involves working with data. This could include roles such as data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, or similar positions
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Scala or others.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Ph.D degree in a STEM field
