  • Handling Meeting room device projects around the globe from starting to delivery
  • Periodical firmware and OS upgrades for devices, if necessary, Vendor management in case of hardware issues
  • Provide Guidance to OSTS for the submission of request form requesting for Windows Login & Microsoft TEAMs Account creation,
  • Escalating to relevant teams internally in case of a delay in Account Readiness, Password Resets etc.,
  • Liaising with the local Contact / Location for MTR’s Installation and providing guidance remotely on the Package Installation / Re-Installation on the MTR Device,
  • Ensuring MTR’s Deployment is successful by cross-checking MTR’s registration on Teams Admin Console and testing a video call through it,
  • Custodian of Knowledge Articles related to MTR’s deployment and advanced support, responsible for keeping the KBs always updated,
  • Maintain MTR’s Inventory (for each location) in terms of IP Address, Windows & Skype Login details etc.,
  • Experience with Utelogy as a monitoring platform for AV devices
