  • Possess at least 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment. Demonstrate good drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation, and advise clients on the implications.
  • Have experience in assimilating complex information and data sources to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations. Exhibit strong teaming and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Show strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental, and political factors that influence transfer pricing. Exceptional client service orientation and a collaborative approach to teaming are essential.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree or higher qualification. Financial modelling, Excel skills, AI skills, and Bloomberg skills are beneficial. And skills in the use of emerging technologies and approach to data would be a distinctive advantage.

The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). This position supports the Assurance team by directing and managing Assurance work. This position will provide day-to-day management of Associate Analyst I through Senior Analyst (Analysts) ranks.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide management, supervision and evaluation of Senior Analysts, Analysts and Associate Analysts
  • Manage the administration of audit reporting and documentation
  • Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships from analysis of financial statements and raise the issue to the engagement senior manager for resolution
  • Apply accounting and auditing concepts to client situations

  • Ability to meet all project and client engagement milestones, deadlines and budgets

Work as part of the Business Applications Team (Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform) delivering project based work and managed services to our clients. Essential Functions of the Job:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions and their deployment.

• Develop and enhance Plug-ins to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 applications.

• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development

• Work on configurations such as creating entities, forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards and reports.

• Create, Update and maintain Model Driven Apps, Canvas App, Power Automate flows and Power Pages.

• Conduct unit tests and analyze results to confirm that developed code meets requirements

• Develop specifications and design documents Based upon client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Based on the created specifications and design documents create use cases and business process flows

• Document completed configuration following agile build

• Lead teams according to the assigned development feature

• Provide feedback to team members on the requirement specifications and design documents

• Review configurations and builds for completeness and accuracy to design

• Capture and review mapping documents related to data integration and migration efforts

• Perform data related activities such as export, import, transformation, deduplication and cleansing

• Support integration and data migration development and testing efforts

• Support user acceptance testing thru the identification and resolution of identified defects

• Support deployment of solutions to client’s pre-production environments

• Develop training and communications materials to drive user adoption

• Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving users’ problems with deployed solutions

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Stay abreast of current business, technology and industry trends relevant to the client's business process management needs

• Experience in software configuration, development, workflow and process design, analysis and quality assurance

• Understanding of release management processes and experience with DevOps pipelines.

• Knowledge of C#, .NET and JavaScript for customizing Dynamics 365 Forms and extending functionality.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or CRM solutions and cloud-based technologies (Azure).

• Familiarity with CSS to create and enhance custom user interfaces and improve the user experience.

  • Demonstrate expertise in integration protocols, including API requests, XML, OData service formats, and authorization/authentication mechanisms.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of integration architecture patterns and systems integration capabilities, particularly between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Transform design concepts into effective SAP solutions by contributing technical and development expertise within project teams.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to complete configurations and integrations that achieve desired functionality.
  • Apply critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills to address challenges in integration projects.
  • Adapt quickly to new knowledge and evolving technologies in the integration landscape, both within SAP and externally.
  • Collaborate within diverse teams, leveraging various skills and backgrounds to enhance project outcomes.

To qualify, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Must have minimum of 3 years in a relevant field specifically working with integrations with SAP systems.
  • Experience with at least 1 SAP full lifecycle implementation
  • Design and implement SAP integration scenarios using various integration tools & platforms (e.g. SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite’s set of capabilities: Cloud Integration, API Management, Trading Partner Management, Advanced Event Mesh, Edge Integration Cell).
    • Experience with other integration tools & platforms is a plus, but not required (e.g. Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica…)
  • Hands-on experience implementing interfaces with SAP solutions using various technologies like APIs (OData, SOAP), Events, ABAP Proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, Files, etc.
  • Experience developing integration architecture and strategies to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
  • Experience working with adapters such as OData, SOAP, AMPQ, AS2, AS4, Ariba, JMS, HTTPS, JDBC, IDOC, SFTP, Process Direct, MAIL, XI.
  • Familiarity with security best practices for integrations, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
  • Knowledge of tools for monitoring integrations and troubleshooting issues (e.g., SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Splunk).
  • Experience building B2B integration scenarios following EDI standards (e.g. ANSI X12/EDIFACT).
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Project management certification is preferred (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

Your key responsibilities

  • Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and business, economic, and financial knowledge to help resolve client challenges. Support Partners on high-level engagements, including transfer pricing planning, operational transfer pricing, compliance requirements and all forms of tax authority engagement (including reviews, audits, and Advance Pricing Arrangements).
  • Manage engagements and maintain day-to-day client relationships, including participating in meetings with clients and tax authorities. Review transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and models prepared by team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Mentor, train, and support the development of team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Possess at least 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment. Demonstrate good drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation, and advise clients on the implications.
  • Have experience in assimilating complex information and data sources to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations. Exhibit strong teaming and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Show strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental, and political factors that influence transfer pricing. Exceptional client service orientation and a collaborative approach to teaming are essential.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree or higher qualification. Financial modelling, Excel skills, AI skills, and Bloomberg skills are beneficial. And skills in the use of emerging technologies and approach to data would be a distinctive advantage.
