Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics of a related field and 6 years of related work experience.Must have 6 years of commercial and/or transaction consulting experience in one of the following sectors: private equity, technology, media, financial services, life sciences, consumer, retail, or industrial.Must have 5 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:1. Commercial functions (including sales, marketing, customer service, and pricing)
2. Go-to-market approaches, growth strategy, and/or revenue synergy design/capture
3. Evaluation of market size, competition and commercial operations
4. Designing and executing clean roomsMust have 2 years of experience in at least 1 of the following:1. Pre-deal strategy including growth assessments.
2. Sell and separate
3. Buy and integrate
4. Post-deal commercial strategyMust have 1 year of mergers and acquisitions experience in a consulting or professional services environment.Must have 3 years of experience managing engagements and engagement related budgets; and, leading teams, including projects and engagement leadership, goal setting, and performance reviews.Must have 2 years of experience in professional services business development and relationship management.Must have 2 years of experience providing thought leadership in the forms of customer presentations, public speaking, and content writing for blogs and case studies.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

Serve as a Strategy & Operations professional to prepare and execute mergers and acquisition plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits from transactions. Understand the factors that drive successful mergers and acquisitions, and apply knowledge of the organizations involved in a deal to drive operational value. Provide operationally focused support and advice across the transaction life cycle (including carve-out, due diligence and integration), whether supporting an acquirer or seller.
