Your main objective is to participate in Transaction Tax engagements by thoroughly and accurately analysing information and develop effective approaches to clients tax requirements. • Any Additional Degree/ Diploma/Specialization in fields related to Financial Services Sector/Tax/International Taxation

As part of our Asset & Wealth Management practice, you’ll help clients better align their operating models, data, and technology with their business strategies. Our work spans the full investment value chain—from front-office strategy and product development to middle- and back-office transformation and digital enablement.

You’ll serve both traditional and alternative asset managers, wealth platforms, and service providers, working on initiatives that enable efficiency, scale, and transparency. Increasingly, this includes supporting clients as they expand into Private Markets and semi-liquid alternative products—helping bridge the operational and regulatory complexities between public and private investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients across the investment management lifecycle, from product development and investment operations to fund accounting, data management, and reporting.
• Help design and implement target operating models that improve scalability, cost efficiency, and governance across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
