The role will also include responsibility for Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management.   • Assist engagement team with reconciliation of customer demographic date, transaction data and tax information returns to achieve complete, accurate and timely filing of those returns; including identifying and resolving reconciliation discrepancies
  • Routinely communicating with immediate supervisor and colleagues to obtain guidance and instruction pertaining to performance of work, provide updates on status of work, and discuss recommendations concerning correction of data issues to support accuracy and consistency in tax reporting

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $115,600 to $212,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $138,700 to $240,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

The role will also include responsibility for Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management. You will work with stakeholders to elicit, document, manage, and validate business and technical requirements, ensuring that they are aligned with delivery goals and remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to Agile delivery leadership, this role includes ownership of Quality Assurance and Test Management activities. You will be responsible for test planning, triaging defects with stakeholders, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and overseeing ongoing test monitoring and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities:
• Facilitate and manage Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Guide Agile teams and business stakeholders through backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with other product owners, scrum masters, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development and quality assurance efforts.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of Quality Assurance, including test strategy, test planning, test case definition, and UAT coordination.
• Monitor test execution and defect resolution processes, ensuring issues are triaged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide test progress updates and quality reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive risk management.
• Support Agile planning, estimation, and forecasting of delivery timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress using Agile metrics and dashboards, driving continuous improvement based on data insights.
• Coach client teams and internal stakeholders in Agile frameworks, values, and practices, adapting to various organizational maturity levels.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives by defining roadmaps, training sessions, and governance structures.
• Utilize Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence to manage projects, track progress, document requirements, and monitor test coverage.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and reusable assets that enable consistent delivery of Agile services.
• Stay current with trends in Agile delivery, quality management, and enterprise technology to guide clients through evolving best practices.

Skills and attributes for success:
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and test management practices in Agile environments.
• Experience using Agile project management and test tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Xray, etc.).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several projects or workstreams in parallel.
• Experience leading UAT cycles and coordinating testing across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and within diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, delivery, and technical domains.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery environments across cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience managing Agile product backlogs and facilitating delivery pipelines.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and test management roles within Agile projects.
• Experience engaging directly with business and IT stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are desirable.
• ISTQB or equivalent test management certification is considered an asset.
• A fluent command of English (spoken and written).
