  • Incumbent has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
  • Primary point of contact for day-to-day client relations for assigned engagements and demonstrate professional discretion by appropriately escalating complex tax and client relationship matters to senior management and subject-matter professionals, coordinating efforts, and managing expectations with regard to timing of response and resolution
  • Manage internal and external client relationships and professional network to support client retention and new business development
  • Manage communications with client tax liaisons, client trust administration teams and client trust officers to gather required information, to share information to support informed decision-making, and obtain instruction or authorization necessary for timely, accurate production of tax information statements, tax returns and related reporting
  • Build effective long-term relationships and manage workflow effectively with our clients, and understand their unique needs to provide tailored services
  • Manage engagement deliverables and team resources to achieve timely and accurate delivery of tax compliance services while effectively managing engagement economics

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
  • CPA, EA, or licensed attorney
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven conceptual and analytical ability
  • Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Experience with financial and tax applications such as Gosystems, Onesource TP, Corp Tax, as required by area of specialism
  • Proficient in the use of various tax and accounting technologies
  • Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance principles, practices, and procedures to complete moderately complex assignments

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90,300 to $165,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $108,500 to $188,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management Solutions
  • Overall IT projects implementation of 4+ years
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM specifically around Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
  • Wide experience in playing roles as Project Manager/module Lead/ SMR
  • Experience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments preferred, US experience required
  • Experience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably an implementation of co-existence model
  • Proficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for HCM technology deployments
  • Excellent knowledge of features in HCM applications; having the ability to understand HR business needs and accordingly advise on the best business practices of HCM deployments
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • MBA or MS degree preferred, but not required
  • Oracle Cloud HCM
  • ADP experience preferred, but not required
