The role will also include responsibility for Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management. In addition to Agile delivery leadership, this role includes ownership of Quality Assurance and Test Management activities. Your key responsibilities:

• Support Agile planning, estimation, and forecasting of delivery timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress using Agile metrics and dashboards, driving continuous improvement based on data insights.
• Coach client teams and internal stakeholders in Agile frameworks, values, and practices, adapting to various organizational maturity levels.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives by defining roadmaps, training sessions, and governance structures.
• Utilize Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence to manage projects, track progress, document requirements, and monitor test coverage.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and reusable assets that enable consistent delivery of Agile services.
• Stay current with trends in Agile delivery, quality management, and enterprise technology to guide clients through evolving best practices.
