Managing a portfolio of diverse growth clients including privately owned corporate groups, privately owned business, high net wealth families, trusts, and other privately owned entities.
Oversee tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and assisting on advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.
Working directly with Partners and senior Tax specialists in delivering advice to privately owned corporate groups, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and their owners on intricate tax matters, including restructures, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and specific trust issues.

Your key responsibilities
To be effective in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate practice, you need to be able to make intelligent and informed decisions about people, place, and technology. You will be an important part of our diverse, talented, and highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile corporate real estate engagements.
As a Director within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution CRE practice, you will spend your days working on strategic and/or operational corporate real estate issues, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions. A Director should have broad knowledge of at least three core CRE consulting disciplines - including CRE operating model and organizational design, service delivery and outsourcing analysis, CRE support for M&A / Divestiture transactions (pre-deal due diligence, integration support, and separation support), portfolio, workplace, occupancy strategy, and CRE IT / digital workplace strategy. This knowledge should be grounded in a passion for solving complex and often ambiguous client challenges. You will manage and execute projects across all sectors, supporting our client service teams across a national practice.

As a Senior Manager you will be a vital member of the team developing and implementing transactions. As a Manager in the FSO Tax Banking and Capital Markets ('BCM') practice you will be the center of engagements with multinational financial institutions. You will be entrusted with leading teams of people, running the operations of engagements that have significant importance to the firm, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables to clients, building relationships with engagement stakeholders, and developing tax technical positions relating to ever evolving tax technical regulations.
Your key responsibilities
You will support the development of younger members of the firm by being a mentor or coach. You will be responsible for resource planning and overseeing engagement economics. You will develop work plans, formulate tax technical points of view, and ultimately create deliverables for the client. You will learn to anticipate client inquires, questions, needs, and issues. Engagements may involve tax accounting, tax compliance, federal/state/international tax planning, process improvements, information reporting and withholding.
You will have continual direct contact with clients, internal executives, industry groups and peers. You will build deep relationships by participating in round table discussions, client events, EY team building activities and through day-to-day interactions.
