Job Title: Mobile Development Engineer – Service Delivery Manager

As an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. Your Key Responsibilities

The goal is to support our clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions. You will assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications. You will deliver high qualify systems with focus on reliability and excellent customer experience. In addition, you willcommunicate progress to client engagement teams. Required Skills and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related field with minimum 6 years of work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile development for Apple’s iOS platform and/or next generation Android mobile applications.
  • Proven experience as an app developer.
  • Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks and/orAndroid development using Swift and/or Kotlinand integrating vendor app SDKs.
  • Full -stack developer or Java Programming as Primary skills
  • Knowledge of iOS back-end services, Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines. And/or Hands on development of Android applications
  • Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
  • Prior software product development experience with a preferred understanding of DevOps and its supporting services and tools
  • Experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing and knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques
  • Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing; based on a proven agile methodology.
  • Demonstrate hands-on technical capabilities inmultiple programming languages.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Most of our projects are built in Java but you will also be exposed to different technologies including web (Angular, React, etc), other languages (.NET, python, etc), web/microservices and databases. A key part of innovation is using the right tool for the job so you’ll always have opportunity to learn and leverage new technology as it comes out such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and data analytics. Our clients look to us to solve their problems not just deploy software they could do themselves so this means you’ll be expected to build custom frameworks, tools and utilities such as custom automation drivers, JSON and XML parsers, integrations between tools and extend existing frameworks to provide new, cutting edge technologies.

Most of our work is specifically aimed at accelerating and enhancing software testing. Manual testing can be inefficient and many of today’s complex systems and technologies can’t be tested manually. Even traditional automated testing is outdated so it’s our job to build new tools and technology to do it better.

Your Key Responsibilities

Everything you’ll do will come back to providing exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solving complex problems that make a difference for our clients. To qualify, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Domain expertise in Banking
    • Experience with Enterprise Money Movement services and integrations (Wire, ACH, RTP, EFT, etc.)
    • Deep understanding of ISO 20022 standards, including message structures, business processes, and data elements.
    • ISO Test Case Design: Ability to design comprehensive ISO test cases (CHIPS, FEDWIRE, SWIFT Payments Analyst | SWIFT GPI | WIRES | SEPA | FX|TGT2 | ISO20022| CBPR+| PEGA | FLEXCUBE | OBPM | MTS | FIRCO |) that cover all aspects of ISO 20022 message flows and scenarios.
    • Demonstrated experience in Banking (Consumer, Commercial banking, or Payments) specifically in one of the following domains:
      • Deposit and Loan Operations, ATM, Debit, Prepaid Cards, ACH, Wires
      • Treasury Management, Investments, Credit Processes
      • Payment Products and Lifecycle, Payment Authorization and Clearing
  • Passion and interest for solving problems using technology
  • Seeing problems as challenges and opportunities, not roadblocks
  • Technical knowledge with all aspects of the software lifecycle including design, architecture, development and testing
  • Knowledge of Banking regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the payments space.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to ISO 20022 (OFAC, RTP, EFT ,PEGA, REG Z/E, Dispute, FX)
  • ISO20022 simulator experience with any of the leading tools Iliad, neaPay, Unifits, Nimbusnext BlitzzPay, Sipay, XMLdation, Ascert, and Coreum
  • Working knowledge in web technologies such as Angular, React, HTML/CSS, etc

  • Full -stack developer or Java Programming as Primary skills

  • Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
