Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 3 years of functional and technical experience with SAP IS-U.
Must have 4 years of experience in providing external advisory and/or consulting services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end solutions in SAP.
Must have 3 years of experience with designing reports, interfaces, scorecards and dashboards for business intelligence framework.
Must have 3 years of experience with implementing batch management process for the Operational Readiness Testing phase.
Must have 2 years of experience in all of the following:
• Project management or team leadership experience, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance;
• Researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies; and
• Leading practices, benchmarking, and peer company environments.
Must have 3 years of experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP-enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing and solution deployment.
Must have 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation while employed with a professional services firm, from planning, to configuration, to go- live.
Must have 2 years of experience managing teams of SAP technology professionals.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
