To qualify for the role you must have
Experience planning, leading, and delivering multiple major external audit and assurance engagements (e.g. FTSE 100) in a managerial capacity
Fully qualified as a chartered accountant e.g. ACA / ACCA / CA / ICAS / ICAEW or international equivalent*
Excellent technical expertise with proven industry knowledge and sector experience in one or more of the following: Oil & Gas; Energy; Power & Utilities; Retail; Transportation; Aviation; Supply Chain & Logistics; Consumer Goods
Project and people management experience

• Work with clients to define solutions that are aligned to their strategic objectives and deliver high value use cases
• Lead the estimation and planning of data transformation projects and programmes
• Business development; including the development of long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients. You will lead RFP responses as well as thought leadership that we issue to the market
• Deliver large and complex cloud data platform projects from strategy through to build and implementation
• Build and lead high performing teams, coaching, mentoring and serving as a role model for our people
• Grow our relationships with key alliance partners
• Experience in designing cloud data platform solutions
• In depth knowledge of the Snowflake platform and capabilities
• Relevant experience of working with other cloud data platform solutions such as Databricks, GCP BigQuery, Microsoft Azure or AWS offerings would also be advantageous
• Practical knowledge of GenAI and LLM offerings in the market
• Skilled in working on large scale agile transformation projects

• Proven experience in wealth and asset management, with a good understanding of investment strategies and the end-to-end value chain to effectively advise clients on modernising their Data platforms.
• Understanding of technology trends and implications on the FS industry, including vendor platforms (such as BlackRock Aladdin, State Street Alpha, FNZ, etc), digital drivers, cloud architecture & providers, integration tools & approaches, and artificial intelligence methods & techniques
• Demonstrable experience of complex data programmes
• Relevant cloud data platform certification(s)
• Expert level knowledge of the data requirements and design issues associated with the delivery of data projects
• Developing and contributing to business development and go to market activities in the Data and Analytics space. You will lead RFP responses and thought leadership papers
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience of building high performing teams and nurturing talent
• Awareness of the emerging technology trends including adoption of cloud-based technologies
