  • Provision of development support to junior members of the team through effective supervision, coaching and mentoring

To qualify for the role you must have

  • ACA / CA / CTA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course / Law qualification / Tax specialist qualification / or breadth of knowledge equivalent to a Tax specialist qualification
  • Strong tax technical skills
  • Business development skills, able to identify and convert opportunities to generate new work
  • Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff


Ideally you’ll also have

  • Project management skills to plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and monitor own budgets
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically, recognising both the tax technical and commercial implications of advice given.

Qual será o seu papel nesse propósito?

Como pessoa assessora tributária sênior você será parte da área de TAX atuando em ajudar nossos clientes a identificar áreas de riscos, oportunidades de planejamento sustentável ao longo do ciclo de vida dos impostos indiretos e apoiar no cumprimento de obrigações de conformidade e metas de negócios em todo o mundo, e assumindo as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como especialista em várias equipes de atendimento ao cliente, participando de projetos na área de Tributos Indiretos, oferecendo assistência na identificação de áreas de risco e oportunidades de planejamento sustentável em Impostos Indiretos em todas as etapas de incidência de impostos;
  • Auxiliar as equipes de auditoria na revisão dos cálculos e identificação de riscos / exposições;
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos de trabalho produtivos com os funcionários de clientes e avaliar sua satisfação;
  • Supervisionar o trabalho de campo diário, informar aos supervisores a situação do trabalho e gerenciar o desempenho da equipe;
  • Desenvolver as pessoas, por meio da delegação efetiva de tarefas e fornecimento de orientação à equipe, fornecendo feedback e treinamento com relação ao desempenho;
  • Contribuir com ideias/opiniões para as equipes de impostos e ouvir/ser receptivo ao ponto de vista de outros membros da equipe;
  • Ter um entendimento das linhas de serviço da EY e buscar/incentivar, de forma ativa, os profissionais da equipe a contribuírem com ideias e identificar oportunidades de aplicação dos serviços da empresa.

Por que você?

Se você possui os requisitos abaixo, essa oportunidade pode ser sua:

  • Graduação em contabilidade, direito, administração ou economia;
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Conhecimento em impostos indiretos (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS e ISS);
  • Habilidades avançadas de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Habilidades de gestão de projetos;
  • Dedicação ao trabalho em equipe e à liderança.

Poderá ser um diferencial, caso você tenha os seguintes requisitos:

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
