Your key responsibilities

  • You will develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client / organisational goals and best practices.
  • You will be experienced in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation
  • You will design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops and materials tailored to client needs.
  • You will have experience in the end-to-end project management of training and change programmes for clients
  • You will lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • You will create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • You will incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies, technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • You will implement programme evaluation frameworks / mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must

  • Be degree qualified and have relevant professional experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
  • Be experienced in using relevant training / L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies.
  • Experience in Oracle training is preferrable
  • Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
  • Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
  • Be pragmatic - taking a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
  • Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.

  • Be experienced of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
