Your key responsibilities

• Leveraging an extensive global network.
• Providing sector-focused advice on the sale process from strategic positioning to close.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Degrees in Finance, Economics or business-related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience for Senior level in M&A deals, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Financial Advisory.
• Good command of English writing and speaking skill.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• An excellence in investment banking specific to mergers, acquisitions and capital markets.

Education

• Master’s / equivalent degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Urban Management, City Planning, Architecture, or related field.

Your key responsibilities:

• Client management:
• Communication:Provide timely and clear project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering a collaborative environment to address challenges. Build and maintain a trusted relationship with the client’s Program Leads and Executive stakeholders.
• Provide guidance:Oversee and provide guidance delivery workstreams (business requirements, application and interface design, end-to-end testing, data migration, change management) to achieve delivery targets. • Delivery planning:Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all project milestones. Support commercial and contractual obligations including scope control, change requests, and financial tracking.

Oversee delivery governance, including steering committee reporting, RAID management, and milestone tracking. Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in core banking system implementation, with a focus on retail and commercial banking.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation projects and leading cross-functional team including multi vendor relationships.
• Proven track record as a Delivery Lead or Program Manager in a Systems Integrator or Consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of core banking platforms, architecture principles, and integration patterns.

Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Consultants participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become an integral part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for our clients meet their needs to help drive their success.

Your key responsibilities

You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Power Platform-based solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.

You'll work with the client to define their requirements and then you'll design and participate in the system architecture process. Once that's complete, you'll implement most of their customizations yourself using the Microsoft’s web-based customization tools. You won't need to program any custom code or configure the client's network, you will have a team to support those needs if they arise, but you will need to understand how those related technologies work. The other responsibilities include:

• Designing the solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions customized to meet the identified customer business needs
• Utilizing knowledge of Microsoft solutions to accurately estimate the effort required to deploy a customized solution

SaT – Infrastructure Advisory

With EY Thailand’s Infrastructure Advisory Team, you will have the opportunity to advise public and private sector clients across South-East Asia, to successfully navigate the infrastructure project lifecycle. You will play an important role in influencing the investment decisions of infrastructure policy makers and investors from a commercial, financial and sustainability perspective, with a focus on the transport and energy sectors (including electric vehicles).

Responsibilities:

• Perform research to inform infrastructure policy development. Specific tasks may include gathering insights from international case studies and best practice, collating & analysing relevant data, and supporting the organisation of training programs & events
• Assist with the preparation of commercial and financial analysis for infrastructure project feasibility studies or transactions. Specific tasks may include business model development, risk analysis, assumptions benchmarking, carbon emissions analysis, and financial modelling
• Support procurement and transaction advisory for clients on major infrastructure projects and transactions, including project finance, public-private partnerships, and M&A
