Description:

As a member of the ASEAN Executive Recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us to achieve our Partner growth ambitions for the region.This role ensures the firm attracts, assesses, and integrates top-tier executive talent aligned with strategic growth objectives.Key markets in the region include Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines. It is essential therefore that you have a track record of working with/in at least three of these markets, ideally coupled with experience working with/in a professional services firm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Partners and Service Line Leaders to forecast leadership needs and develop recruitment strategiesProactively build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create effective pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Position the firm as a destination for senior leaders through targeted branding and thought leadership initiatives
  • Work closely with Talent Attraction colleagues to provide market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential candidates.
  • Act as advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Engage in complex offer negotiations involving equity, profit-sharing, and partnership terms
  • Work closely with onboarding teams in each market to ensure the successful integration of new partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and succession planning


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing multiple executive level searches within a professional services firm (ideally a partnership model)
  • If coming from an agency we’re looking for someone who has worked with professional services clients (ideally a partnership a model)
  • Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus driven environmentExceptional project management and prioritization skills – attention to detail is key
  • The ability to not only think strategically but also execute operationally
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and geographies
  • High level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in executive search or senior talent acquisition, preferably within professional services.Proven track record in Partner-level or C-suite recruitment
  • Experience working in at least two of the following markets:
  • Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines.
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and gravitas in English.
  • A second SE Asian language would be a plus.

• Deliver large and complex cloud data platform projects from strategy through to build and implementation
• Build and lead high performing teams, coaching, mentoring and serving as a role model for our people
• Grow our relationships with key alliance partners


• Experience in designing cloud data platform solutions• In depth knowledge of the Snowflake platform and capabilities
• Relevant experience of working with other cloud data platform solutions such as Databricks, GCP BigQuery, Microsoft Azure or AWS offerings would also be advantageous
• Practical knowledge of GenAI and LLM offerings in the market
• Skilled in working on large scale agile transformation projects
• You should also be comfortable taking ownership as well as working as a team member who has a real desire to share responsibility and provide support to your colleagues, whilst maintaining constant communication on the progress of engagements


• Proven experience in wealth and asset management, with a good understanding of investment strategies and the end-to-end value chain to effectively advise clients on modernising their Data platforms.• Understanding of technology trends and implications on the FS industry, including vendor platforms (such as BlackRock Aladdin, State Street Alpha, FNZ, etc), digital drivers, cloud architecture & providers, integration tools & approaches, and artificial intelligence methods & techniques

• Demonstrable experience of complex data programmes
• Relevant cloud data platform certification(s)
• Expert level knowledge of the data requirements and design issues associated with the delivery of data projects• Developing and contributing to business development and go to market activities in the Data and Analytics space. You will lead RFP responses and thought leadership papers
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience of building high performing teams and nurturing talent
• Awareness of the emerging technology trends including adoption of cloud-based technologies
• Exceptional communication, presentation, business writing and professional skills, including being able to liaise with both technical and business contacts at our clients.
• Ability to successfully deliver multiple engagements, exceed client expectations, manage commercial aspects (e.g. contracts, billing and budgets), and manage quality and risk
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage large cross functional projects
• Intellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into workable solutions which can then be delivered
