To be successful in this role, you should possess an MBA or equivalent graduate degree, 7+ years in consulting/enterprise transformation, and have prior consulting experience related to ERP projects and strategies. SAP certification is a plus, but not required. You must have experience in problem-solving and the ability to think analytically. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
