What we look for

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, engineering (ETH/EPFL), architecture, economics, or an MBA.
  • 6-10 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 4 years in the field of real estate valuations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are essential; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
  • Profound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and strong networking with major Swiss real estate owners, including institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, and pension funds.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Als Senior Consultant unterstützt Du entsprechende Bewertungs- und Modellierungs-Projekte im Bereich Financial Services und interagierst direkt mit Kunden;
  • Du erstellst komplexe Finanzmodelle im Rahmen von M&A Transaktionen;
