Your key responsibilities

• IT Control environment: Audit of IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls supporting financial statements,

• Attestation report:SOCR (ISAE) testing and reporting as well as assessment of risks within business and IT processes

• FINMA Regulatory Audits on Technology:Assessment of compliance against the FINMA requirements as part of yearly regulatory audits
• Technology Risk Advisory: Support with special audits and engagements related to data migration, third party reporting, IT risk assessments, information security assessments and data analytics
• Support the development of our Technology Risk Team

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or (business) informatics is a prerequisite

• Responsible for developing work plans, and managing team members to deliver the plan most efficiently.

Your key responsibilities

• In your role as a Senior Consultant, you will work on a variety of M&A and strategy related topics focusing on technology, such as IT due diligence, value creation and strategy projects.
