As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team, you will participate in international projects, leading projects and programs for our global market clients. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments, assisting our client's trough they transformation and organization change journeys. Your key responsibilities

  • You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey, actively becoming a trusted advisor in PM subject matters for both clients and EY colleagues.
  • You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practises to serve client needs.
  • You will work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support in large-scale projects or programs within distributed multicultural environments. • A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering.
  • Excellent English language skills in written and spoken.
  • Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, other project management tools.
  • One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager - SAP Activate certification
  • Further European language.

Your key responsibilities

Sales and Growth

  • Experience working in a global delivery model set up, working with multiple senior stakeholders across the Europe, UK, Nordics and India to grow the Digital Risk practice.

Clients Relationship Management

  • Identify buyers, influencers & stakeholders in existing client engagements and build strong relationships.

Delivery Excellence

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline from a recognised European or international institution.

10+ years of professional experience in a Big 4, professional services, or leading industry organisation, with 6+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • IT Internal Controls & Audit (e.g. SOX, J-SOX, ICFR)
  • IT Risk Management (frameworks design, governance etc.)
  • Regulatory Compliance (e.g., GDPR, DORA, EU AI Act readiness)
  • Cloud Risk & Controls (AWS, Azure, GCP frameworks)
  • IT Risk Advisory for Digital Transformation (e.g. SAP)
  • Industry-recognised certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor or similar are highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of risk and control frameworks, including but not limited to COSO, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, ITIL, and CSA Cloud Controls Matrix.
  • Understanding of European regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, and evolving digital regulations (e.g., EU AI Act) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, collaborating with IT, internal audit, cybersecurity, risk, and business stakeholders across sectors such as financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, and consumer industries.
  • Strong analytical and cognitive problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-border projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing and delivering executive-level reports, proposals, and presentations.

As part of our EY Cyber security, Technology Consulting team, your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our cybersecurity sales initiatives, particularly within the EU institutions. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by developing strategic relationships and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will be responsible for selling our comprehensive cyber service catalogue across all EU institutions.

Your key responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning cybersecurity service catalogue with customer business needs and objectives.

  • Colaborate with the Account Teams on account strategies that align cybersecurity solutions with the business objectives of our clients, particularly in the public sector and EU agencies.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges and providing innovative solutions that deliver value.
  • Drive the sales of our cyber service catalogue across all EU institutions, ensuring that our offerings meet the diverse needs of these clients.

  • Strong ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business terms, demonstrating a client-focused approach.
  • Broad knowledge of cybersecurity and business context
  • Client-focused approach with business acumen
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in working with Public Sector customers
  • Willingness to travel for business (approximately 50% of the time).

As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team, you will participate in international projects, leading projects and programs for our global market clients. To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, other project management tools.
  • One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager - SAP Activate certification
  • Further European language.
