Your scope of duties:

  • Actively participate and lead projects in the area of security governance and building target IT/OT security operating models
  • Manage security transformation projects by designing and implementing organizational and process changes and drive convergence between OT (Automation/Engineering), Security and IT teams
  • Establish and improve client’s cybersecurity operations in the area of industrial control systems
  • Develop security strategies and provide thought leadership in the area of security operations, governance and target operating models
  • Support for business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and direct support for presentation to potential clients

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in positions related to IT/OT service management, organization transformation, security governance and/or security operations

  • Knowledge of trends and concepts in the area of security governance and operating models (understanding of OT/ICS operating models is an advantage)
  • Understanding of Service Management concepts in enterprise IT and/or security

Your key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations part of competency development strategy across the organization.
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team focused on Microsoft technologies and solutions.
  • Be the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements against like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management or in the Logistics, Manufacturing areas
  • Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from nearshore and offshore.
  • Take responsibility for the delivery, drive the projects as an owner.
  • Identify skill gaps, design training programs, and oversee certification initiatives to build a strong Microsoft expertise base.
  • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Solutioning teams to ensure Microsoft capabilities align with client demand and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with Microsoft to leverage their programs, tools, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Create roadmaps for capability building around Microsoft technologies not only focusing on Finance and Operations but also connecting with other parts of Microsoft landscape such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI solutions.
  • Monitor and report on progress toward competency targets, certifications, and business impact.
  • Support the design and launch of new Microsoft-based services and solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence within the organization.
  • Act as an internal advocate and subject matter expert for Microsoft technologies.
  • Manage team performance, career development, and engagement through regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.


Skills and attributes for success

  • A background of working with development and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Excellent technical skills and expertise in architecture and delivery of large-scale mission critical distributed applications in public cloud and private cloud/on prem setup.
  • Self-motivated, Strong communication and team building skills.
  • Work iteratively in a team with continuous collaboration.


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Minimum 13+ years of experience in the IT consulting industry, with a strong focus on Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations or and previous versions of the product.
  • Substantial relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 or Top 5 IT consulting organizations
  • Proven experience in competency development, technical enablement, or practice management.
  • Strong leadership skills with at least 10+ years of experience managing technical or consulting teams.
  • People management experience in managing large teams with strong client relationship and account management skills
  • Be master in financial or equivalent education
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Expert, Dynamics 365 certifications) are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in building, leading and coaching teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to provide strategic leadership; with good decision-making, planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience of working with other Directors/ Partners to direct customer business strategies to align with company’s business strategies
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of trends and concepts in the area of security governance and operating models (understanding of OT/ICS operating models is an advantage)
  • Understanding of Service Management concepts in enterprise IT and/or security
