Your key responsibilities

  • Work with Global Delivery Services and outsourced resources to ensure efficient campaign implementation.
  • Support coordination with service line, regional, and sector BMC teams for content dissemination.
  • Provide project support to team members throughout the various stages of the campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage project meetings, including documentation, updates, and communication of key deliverables and approvals to stakeholders and task owners.
  • Coordinate tasks across various teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with day-to-day campaign activities and monitoring of digital programs, including managing the information mailbox, media tracking tools, and social feeds, and addressing needs as appropriate.
  • Maintain reports to monitor campaign progress and performance.
  • Coordinate campaign execution by managing project schedules, tracking status and adjustments, and ensuring all milestones, actions, and deadlines are met. Additionally, perform project asset management to keep documents current and organized.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing campaign manager to support daily campaign activities.
  • Partner with brand, digital, and communication teams to ensure cohesive integration of marketing efforts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant content, assets, and parameters are received for campaign execution.
  • Work with Global Delivery Services and outsourced resources to ensure efficient campaign implementation.
  • Support coordination with service line, regional, and sector BMC teams for content dissemination.
  • Provide project support to team members throughout the various stages of the campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage project meetings, including documentation, updates, and communication of key deliverables and approvals to stakeholders and task owners.
  • Coordinate tasks across various teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with day-to-day campaign activities and monitoring of digital programs, including managing the information mailbox, media tracking tools, and social feeds, and addressing needs as appropriate.
  • Maintain reports to monitor campaign progress and performance.
  • Coordinate campaign execution by managing project schedules, tracking status and adjustments, and ensuring all milestones, actions, and deadlines are met. Additionally, perform project asset management to keep documents current and organized.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in campaign coordination
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities to engage with senior leaders effectively.
  • Solid understanding of EY's business model and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience connecting business development efforts with marketing strategies to foster sales pipeline growth, particularly in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, automotive, technology, energy, health, and private equity.
  • B2B marketing skills, with experience in professional services or similar industries
  • Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Project / Planner/ Word / PowerPoint / Excel - working knowledge of MS office.
