Solutions Consultant, you will spearhead and execute comprehensive implementation projects to onboard new clients onto the Wealth Management Platform. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including RIAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks, to unlock significant value for their businesses. Your role involves designing and building customized solutions to meet client needs at any scale. You will leverage your deep understanding of both finance and technology, collaborating with internal teams and taking ownership of our client's success.

You will bring a history of delivering superior client experiences in investment management or enterprise software deployments. You will have the autonomy to manage your projects and schedule, demonstrating self-reliance and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams. A deep understanding of our target markets and clients is essential, along with the technical skills to teach, learn, and develop our software's functions.

Your key responsibilities

Solutions Consultant - Wealth Management

Work Timings: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm CEST

Solutions Consultant, you will spearhead and execute comprehensive implementation projects to onboard new clients onto the Wealth Management Platform. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including RIAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks, to unlock significant value for their businesses. Your role involves designing and building customized solutions to meet client needs at any scale. You will leverage your deep understanding of both finance and technology, collaborating with internal teams and taking ownership of our client's success.

You will bring a history of delivering superior client experiences in investment management or enterprise software deployments. You will have the autonomy to manage your projects and schedule, demonstrating self-reliance and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams. A deep understanding of our target markets and clients is essential, along with the technical skills to teach, learn, and develop our software's functions.

  • Drive the successful onboarding of new clients onto the Wealth Management Platform, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional client experience.
  • Assess, manage, and ensure the success of add-on projects, delivering outstanding results that exceed client expectations.
  • Apply your industry expertise to effectively transition clients and their data onto the platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Set, lead, and communicate clear expectations both internally and externally, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Skillfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion of each.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance our processes and tools, driving improvements that support our expanding client base.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in all aspects of the Wealth Management Platform, becoming a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Experience in investment management or enterprise software deployments is essential, demonstrating a history of delivering superior client experiences in relevant fields.
  • The ability to learn and adapt is crucial, with an openness to acquiring new knowledge and skills and a proactive approach to adapting to changing environments and technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting, particularly in Python, is necessary to support and enhance platform functionalities.
  • Strong organizational skills are required to set, lead, and communicate clear expectations both internally and externally, fostering transparency and trust.
  • A willingness to travel is important, as flexibility to travel as needed will help meet client requirements and support project initiatives, enhancing client relationships and project success.

Ideally, you’ll also have
