Your key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities

Skills and attributes for success:
• Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• 10+ Years of experience with at least 7+ years of management / business consulting experience
• Advance MS Suite skills – particularly, to develop engaging presentations and dashboards
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), certification in Change Management or Design Thinking are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their practical application in different contexts.
• Extensive knowledge of change management principles, models, and methodologies, with hands-on experience leading change initiatives.
• Proficiency in design thinking frameworks and tools, with the ability to apply them effectively to solve complex business problems.
• Awareness and experience of leveraging technology as enablers
• Exceptional communication, presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
Good to have:
• Experience working in the Big 4 professional services firms and other global management consultancies is highly desirable
• MBA or equivalent advanced education is preferable

Internal Audit Manager - ID Global Fund
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote
• Support the EY Global Fund Global Client Service Partner in management of EY’s Global Fund LFA contracts including quality assurance and oversight of in-country teams and deliverables; ensuring standard processes for the delivery of LFA work globally; identification and management of potential conflicts; oversight of central billing; and Global Fund Central LFA Team relationship management.
• Collaborate with the international development team to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to international organizations and across the globe, with business acumen and consistent commitment to high-quality delivery.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and identify emerging trends to inform project strategies and recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of high-quality project proposals, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate our consulting offerings and secure new business opportunities.
• Support project delivery by contributing to project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• 10-15 years prior experience working in a consulting role, preferably in internal audit or risk management or a related scope, preferably within a large consulting group or development-driven consulting firm.
• As the job will require oversight of finance activities, procurement/supply chain and programmatic outcomes, experience working in at least one of these three areas is require and exposure across all three is desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated project management experience and ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse and cross-functional teams, building relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing client needs.
• Ability to travel and engage in international projects as required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations effectively. Fluency in additional languages, is desirable.
