SOC Internal Auditor

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

• Conduct pre-SOC 1/ISAE readiness assessments to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Identify design gaps and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Perform assessments of operating effectiveness for various processes and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and evidence.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to SOC 1 and ISAE assessments.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in audit methodologies and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of SOC 1 Type 2 reports and other related documentation.

Technical attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

As part of our Consulting Enterprise Risk Process and Controls team you will participate client engagements related to Internal Audit, Process Compliance and Reviews, SOX 404 Reviews, Development of Standard Operating Procedures manuals & Enterprise Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and systems, including Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness
• Support in process and control walkthroughs with the client including proper documentation and flowcharting
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Execute internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan as defined by the client, as well as advising on ad hoc audits as required
• Assist in preparation and presentation of the reports that reflect audit results and document the process
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, exceptions, and areas of risk

Internal Audit Manager - ID Global Fund

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

• Support the EY Global Fund Global Client Service Partner in management of EY’s Global Fund LFA contracts including quality assurance and oversight of in-country teams and deliverables; ensuring standard processes for the delivery of LFA work globally; identification and management of potential conflicts; oversight of central billing; and Global Fund Central LFA Team relationship management.

• As the job will require oversight of finance activities, procurement/supply chain and programmatic outcomes, experience working in at least one of these three areas is require and exposure across all three is desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated project management experience and ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
