Your key responsibilities

  • Large Contracts Pursuits Commercial Support: Provide oversight for large contracts pursuits from qualification to close, including: solutioning, pricing, scenario analysis, and mitigation of financial risks through the adequate design of commercial terms and conditions.
  • Building Relationships: Build trust-based relationships and influence decision-making across internal and client stakeholders, contributing to positive outcomes that unlock client value and enhance EY revenue and margin.
  • Shaping Opportunities: Shape opportunities by integrating client and competitor intelligence, value estimates, and innovative commercial structures to create compelling proposals that align with the client’s willingness to pay.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with domain experts to align solution design with client response requirements, estimate the forecasted cost-to-serve, integrate costing guidance and standards, and document assumptions concisely.
  • Advanced Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics, dashboards, and tools to rapidly develop, test, and refine a pursuit’s pricing strategy, positioning, and offer design.
  • Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and manage competitive and commercial risks through proactive collaboration with stakeholders.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Education: Masters in Business (or equivalent) in finance, banking, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a similar field, preferably supported by a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, etc.),
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a complex financial management role (e.g., professional services, strategy consulting, investment banking, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, SaaS/cloud commercialization, or pricing),
  • Pursuit Life Cycle Understanding: A proven track record of supporting (or leading) contract negotiations in a multinational environment,
  • Other Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and commercial management, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with client C-suite and EY senior stakeholders, with the ability to articulate commercial risks and mitigations coherently.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Solution Architect for Banking & Capital Markets


Hands-on Solution Architect for Banking & Capital Markets competency.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work as a Hands-on Solution Architect to contribute in various streams of implementation projects.
  • Plan and monitor of the project deliverables from the team.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor the project team to plan, develop and implement project activities to achieve project and client goals.
  • Manage relationships with the client, key stakeholders, subject matter experts.
  • Participate in the organization-wide people initiatives.
  • Participate in the development of RFP/RFI response process.
  • Making hands dirty with code during team support and leading.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Banking or financial industry experience.
  • Experience in Java, JEE, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Database development (both SQL and no-SQL).
  • Experience in another programming language is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in one of the market leading integration platform and message brokers (e.g. Tibco, WebMethods, IBM AppConnect, ServiceMix, ActiveMQ, Kafka etc.)
  • Reactive programming experience (e.g. RxJava, Observers, even-driven programming principles).
  • Experience in agile / scrum approach.
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions.
  • Experience in creating reliable solution plans in a cooperation with business and multi-disciplinary teams: costs estimation, delivery approaches.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Demonstrable experience in the system and/or solution design area.
  • Client management experience (Stakeholder management).

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Certificates proving certain skills: AWS, Azure, TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT etc.

Your key responsibilities

  • Large Contracts Pursuits Commercial Support: Provide oversight for large contracts pursuits from qualification to close, including: solutioning, pricing, scenario analysis, and mitigation of financial risks through the adequate design of commercial terms and conditions.
  • Building Relationships: Build trust-based relationships and influence decision-making across internal and client stakeholders, contributing to positive outcomes that unlock client value and enhance EY revenue and margin.
  • Shaping Opportunities: Shape opportunities by integrating client and competitor intelligence, value estimates, and innovative commercial structures to create compelling proposals that align with the client’s willingness to pay.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with domain experts to align solution design with client response requirements, estimate the forecasted cost-to-serve, integrate costing guidance and standards, and document assumptions concisely.
  • Advanced Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics, dashboards, and tools to rapidly develop, test, and refine a pursuit’s pricing strategy, positioning, and offer design.
  • Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and manage competitive and commercial risks through proactive collaboration with stakeholders.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Education: Masters in Business (or equivalent) in finance, banking, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a similar field, preferably supported by a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, etc.),
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a complex financial management role (e.g., professional services, strategy consulting, investment banking, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, SaaS/cloud commercialization, or pricing),
  • Pursuit Life Cycle Understanding: A proven track record of supporting (or leading) contract negotiations in a multinational environment,
  • Other Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and commercial management, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with client C-suite and EY senior stakeholders, with the ability to articulate commercial risks and mitigations coherently.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Economic Understanding: Deep understanding of macro and microeconomic environments and trends that affect current and potential EY client industries and businesses,
  • Pricing Strategies: Experience with various pricing strategies applicable to professional services, including cost-, client value-, client willingness-to-pay-, and competition-driven assessments,
  • Value Estimation: Knowledge of economic value estimation modelling, including inherent and relative value assessment,
  • Client Decision Making: Understanding of the client decision-making process and how value journeys and value tables can provide insight into a client’s willingness to pay,
  • Behavioral Economics: Familiarity with key behavioral economic insights affecting purchasing decisions.
