This is a non-client facing role, with great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Approximately 8-10 years of experience leading and management complex people side change projects in a change management role

  • Developing large scale change management plans that include change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, success metrics, and communications activities

  • Previous project / program work in the areas of end-user adoption, mobile, security and/or Microsoft M365 products and services

  • Transaction modeling and analytics, which involves cash flow modeling, recalculating certain collateral quality and concentration limitations set out in each transaction’s indenture, including bond principal and interest payments, credit-enhancement, hedging instruments, fees and waterfalls for structured deals
  • Construct independent cash flow and collateral models for various structured products utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Create and update detailed agreed upon procedure reports summarizing our results
  • Comprehensive and methodical interpretation of prospectus/indenture information and deal structural features including but not limited to collateral, waterfall, triggers, hedges, paydown rules, loss allocation rules, and the ability to extract other pertinent information from prospectuses and indentures
  • Perform various analyses on complex excel and third party models (Like Bloomberg, various Rating Agency Portal, Markit etc.) for the valuation of Structured Products
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge. Work with and interact with front-office investment banking clients daily
  • Perform loan document review and data reviews on loan files, recalculating fields on data tapes and run exception reports to tie out with clients
  • Create collateral stratification tables used for assessing loan pool characteristics
  • Review offering documents to verify information is accurate, complete, and conforming with industry and market standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members as part of the team

Skills and attributes for success

  • Should have been part of at least 1 end to end implementation of application / system change as Business Analyst
  • Work as part of a team to implement & support customer’s platform for financial services
  • Gather business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) from our customers and translate these into personalized configuration and setup
  • Provide ongoing support and Q&A to existing customers and their users
  • Experience in Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Transfer Agency, Global Custody, Middle Office
  • Experience with financial instruments, including equities, bonds, FX, deposits, money market instruments, mutual funds, unit trusts, exchange traded derivatives, as well as OTC derivatives
  • Experience of the trade lifecycle for all instrument types
  • Experience in at least one of following solutions: pControl, Geneva, Investran, Calypso, Tradeflow, Markit, Multifonds, Transfer Agency applications
  • Expertise in fund services and ability to spot trends in fast changing technology
  • Ability to understand emerging demands of customer centricity and develop solutions to meet that demand
  • Should possess Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.
  • Should be able to run client workshops, gather requirements and formalise the MRD document and be able to get sign offs for the same
  • Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD
  • Should act as a SPOC during SIT and UAT phases and be able to drive the Testing phase of the projects
  • Be Able to act as a Module Lead and lead the Development team & Functional Team
  • Act as a bridge between the client and the Developers, translate the requirement into technical language for the developers
  • Be able to analyse and identify the root cause of the issues identified during testing phase
  • Be able to Debug and identify the root-cause for Product issues, provide workarounds and liase with Product Team for Permanent fix
  • Should be able to identify and formulate data migration strategy alongside the project manager
  • Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff
  • Good Leadership skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Should have presentation skills
  • Client management experience (Stakeholder management)

Your key responsibilities

This is a non-client facing role, with great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel.

This role is guided by the BRM Service Adoption Change Management Lead.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Approximately 8-10 years of experience leading and management complex people side change projects in a change management role

  • Developing large scale change management plans that include change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, success metrics, and communications activities

  • Previous project / program work in the areas of end-user adoption, mobile, security and/or Microsoft M365 products and services

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal for leaders and end users

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • PROSCI certification is highly desirable

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Experience establishing and maintaining active knowledge of the broad and complex EY technology estate

  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to draft effective business ready communications to senior stakeholders

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

  • Experience across the full project management lifecycle
