Your main tasks:
- Leading projects related to the analysis of financial statements of audited companies
- Managing a project team of several members, including daily task delegation and progress verification
- Daily collaboration with clients and coordinating projects within EY's international network of offices
- Supporting the certified auditor in key discussions with the management boards of audited companies

Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. Required skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an audit-advisory firm
- Higher education (preferably in finance and economics) with a willingness for further personal development
- Interest in the specifics of the job and analyzing current economic events
- Knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards
- Ability to manage and organize work within a team and ease in establishing contacts
- Willingness to travel regularly for business
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level
