Requisitos

  • Grado en Derecho, Derecho y ADE, y Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía.
  • Experiencia entre 3 y 5 años en el asesoramiento en operaciones de financiación
  • Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Disposición y aptitud para el trabajo en equipo.

Your client responsibilities

  • Assist in researching technical accounting issues to evaluate implications on transaction valuation and structuring
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel


Additional skills requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from reputable overseas or local Universities, with minimum GPA of 3.20 or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years (for Junior) and 3 - 5 years (for Senior) of auditing experience from public accounting firm or have experience in M&A, transaction support/financial due diligence gained in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Good understanding of the Indonesian Accounting Standard and knowledge of IFRS
  • A team player with strong intellectual curiosity, industrious and willing to learn new capabilities
  • Proven leadership skills to enable effective team management and coaching
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English is mandatory
  • Good time management

Skills and attributes for success

• Provide program management support for end-to-end Ecosystem formation process; working with and across multiple onshore and GDS teams in the Ecosystem Service Bureau to faciliatate activity handoffs across teams
• Communicate with EY business teams to guide them through the necessary process steps and requirements to form a new Ecosystem Relationship
• Perform first level reviews of intake forms, business cases, and other documentation for completeness and accuracy; work with requesting business team to collect and validate additional information as needed; develop checklists of common issues and FAQs to help improve process• Follow-up on requests from business teams, the ERE team, and other stakeholders in a timely fashion, including responses to queries regarding the ecosystem formation process and next steps
• Schedule and attend meetings between ERE team and various stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the process and next steps for specific relationships

• Keep documentation repository up to date and organized; archive information as appropriate; look for ways to enhance and streamline information sharing across stakeholder groups
• Drive adhearance to quality control procedures of the ecosystem formation process, tracking completion of required Risk Management steps and approvals through close collaboration with various onshore and GDS stakeholders
• Perform post-formation follow up activities such as drafting relationship summary for Discover, updating distribution lists, updating other documentation, and scheduling kickoff calls with the new Ecosystem Relationships

• Support efforts to ensure that the ecosystem formation process is documented, reviewed, and refreshed, on a regular basis
• Identify opportunities to educate global stakeholders on the ecosystem formation process to build awareness and promote adherence to the process
• Bring innovative thoughts, take proactive steps for improving the existing process. Find better ways to perform existing tasks through continuous process innovation, take the initiative in identifying possible bottle-necks and take suitable measures to mitigate them

Formando parte del equipo de Banking & Finance tendrás la oportunidad de asesorar en todo tipo de operaciones de financiación.

Tus funciones principales

  • Asesoramiento en operaciones de financiación estructurada tanto a los financiadores como a los financiados.
  • Asesoramiento en financiación bancaria, de adquisiciones, de proyectos, inmobiliaria, activos.
  • Asesoramiento en reestructuración financiera.
  • Negociación, redacción y revisión de contratos de financiación incluyendo los documentos de garantía asociados (prendas, hipotecas, garantías personales, etc) o cualesquiera otros documentos relacionados con la financiación (CPs, CMOFs, acuerdos entre acreedores, cartas de comisiones, acuerdos sociales, legal opinions, side letters , etc)

Requisitos

  • Grado en Derecho, Derecho y ADE, y Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía.
  • Experiencia entre 3 y 5 años en el asesoramiento en operaciones de financiación
  • Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Disposición y aptitud para el trabajo en equipo.
