: As a Technical Assistant Manager in our Risk Consulting practice, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include building applications in Python, utilizing advanced Gen AI frameworks like LangChain, and deploying these on cloud platforms such as Azure. You will also be responsible for developing interactive web applications using frameworks like Flask and Django, integrating them with AI models. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and the ability to apply advanced technologies, including vector databases and OCR frameworks, to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and Gen AI solutions tailored to risk management use cases.
• Utilize advanced Gen AI frameworks, such as LangChain, to develop robust and scalable AI applications.
• Build and deploy machine learning models using Python, ensuring efficiency and scalability on cloud platforms like Azure.
• Develop web applications using frameworks like Flask or Django to provide user-friendly interfaces for AI and machine learning models.
• Work with vector databases to enhance the storage, retrieval, and processing of high-dimensional data for AI applications.
• Integrate advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) frameworks into AI solutions to extract and process information from various document types.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain secure and robust cloud infrastructure for AI/ML applications using Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Continuously research and implement new AI/ML technologies and methodologies to enhance model performance and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong emphasis on Python.
• Around 4 years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in advanced Gen AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Proficiency in web development using frameworks such as Flask or Django, creating interactive applications for AI models.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including services like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience working with vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of high-dimensional data.
• Knowledge of advanced OCR frameworks for extracting information from documents and integrating them into AI applications.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and data preprocessing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and other Gen AI applications.
• Understanding of risk management principles and practices is a plus but not required, as business knowledge will be provided.
• Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is advantageous.
