As an Executive Support Coordinator (ESC), you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the organization. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $46,900 to $98,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $56,300 to $111,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

  • Performs and consults on R&D Tax Credit incentives and grants globally, requiring preparing technical documentation and data analysis to determine eligible project expenditures to be submitted for government incentive opportunities.
  • Assists organizations to proactively plan their tax return, maximize capital allowance, access non-dilutive funding, and optimize their location strategy and finance their investments in innovation and environmental sustainability .
  • Responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of client services, by delivering agreed activities including processes, solutions, and/or projects, researching and presenting relevant information to inform recommendations.

  • Technical & Analytical Expertise : Holds qualifications in science, technology/software/data, or engineering, with beneficial experience in R&D business operations. Demonstrates a basic understanding of accounting and business principles, and is proficient in business software tools like Excel and generative AI.

  • Research & Communication Skills : Capable of researching complex tax concepts and R&D sector topics with limited guidance. Possesses strong technical writing and communication skills to convey insights effectively.

  • Relationship & Collaboration Abilities : Skilled at maintaining and developing productive relationships with clients and internal teams, contributing to collaborative and client-focused environments.
