You’ll be supporting our business assisting with various administrative tasks. This will mean working hand-in-hand with professionals and playing an integral part in the success of our organisation.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing a range of support services including but not limited to:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Providing assistance with client acceptance onboarding and compliance
  • Ongoing billing of clients and any necessary follow up
  • Working on EY systems to set up and manage clients
  • Carrying out any required secretarial duties as delegated by management.

What are we looking for?

  • Application of IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Track record of leading, planning, execution and reporting on audits.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management.
  • Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
  • Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies.
  • Understanding of Q&RM procedures.
  • Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements.
