Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

End to End Asset Lifecycle Management for Technology Hardware Assets
Asset Capacity Planning & Management
Liaison with stakeholders and manage all Technology Asset requirements
Responsible for managing all metrics related to Performance & Risk
Validate & Initiate Procurement requests for Technology Assets
Handle all Asset Inward and Onboarding to tracking system including tagging
IT Stores Management
Inventory Management (Intra & Inter Unit Transfer/De-bonding/ Disposal)
Ensure asset issuance & collection to cater to Incident & Request management on ITSM tool
Manage Asset upkeep & Maintenance (Repairs/Replacement) by liaising with OEMs
Disposal of retired assets with the established compliance and other guidelines
Vendor Services Management & Audit
Asset Exchange, Service Request, and Incident ticket management

Qualification

Graduates & Professionals with HAM/ ITAM experience with stores management profile

1 to 3 years of experience.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading fieldwork, managing performance and keeping engagement leaders updated on audit engagements.
• Completing audit processes and documenting higher-risk areas to increase your technical and business skills in areas including revenue, financial instruments and income taxes.
• Engaging clients and providing authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactions.
• Constantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues.
• Understanding our clients’ unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in external financial audit.
• A degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline.
• Experience leading the planning, execution and reporting on audits.
• Great communication and team management skills.
• Excellent technical expertise with proven industry knowledge in either Real Estate, Products & services, Technology Media and Telecoms, etc.
• Experience in IFRS.
• Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.

Salary: EUR 2600 – 3500 gross.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the audit client’s business.
• Interact with the clients to collect all the necessary data and information, set-up and maintain audit files, etc.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Clearly and accurately document the execution of audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, and planned audit approach.
• Data and information analysis while working on various audit projects.

• Analyze client financial and other business data, report impacts of corporate restructurings, planning strategies, and complex organizational changes.
• Support senior team members in day-to-day and strategic discussions with decision makers at the client side.
• Analyze transactions and prepare calculations for the corporate income tax, VAT returns, Intrastat returns, and render advisory services for organizations in diverse and specialized industries.
• Assist in creating processes that minimize a client's tax compliance risk and help in preparing estimated tax liabilities.

• Oversee and lead the accounting and financial reporting processes for our clients: AR, AP, fixed asset, GL accounting

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS

• Prepare management and other financial reports, provide comprehensive assistance to clients in the preparation and oversight of their budgets and financial performance

• Prepare tax returns

• Delegate tasks and supervise a team of 2-3 people

• Maintain long-term collaborative and profitable relationships with our clients
