Your key responsibilities

As an experienced Startegy specialist, you will be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will work closely with clients to define the objective and scope of the engagements and deliverables in consultation with your seniors. You will spend most of your time working on projects such as long-term strategy roadmaps, growth strategy, market entry & expansion strategy, go-to-market strategy, business-wide digital transformation projects, commercial due diligence, and greenfield projects.

Your key responsibilities

As a Gen AI Specialist within the strategy consulting practice, you will lead complex, high-impact AI initiatives, driving innovation in strategy engagement delivery and aligning stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.Collaborating with strategy practitioners and AI technology experts, you will define an AI product vision, prioritize AI product roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver AI led solutions that can bring tangible results to the engagements. Leveraging your AI expertise, your role will consist of leading the design-thinking of AI solutions for some of our top industry-leading clients willing to embark on new AI transformation journeys, while developing meaningful reusable Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions for your EY-P colleagues. Qualification and Experience:

• An MBA from a top tier business school or Masters from a top-ranking university.

• At least 2+ years of work experience, building digital products with strong product management toolkit, leading cross-functional teams in agile set-up across the full product development lifecycle.
• A previous experience with a top consulting firm with strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with both client and EY senior leadership
• Proficiency in working with UI/UX, RAG, APIs, and AI agents to develop and implement scalable AI solutions
• Familiarity with large group data management policies and know-how on how to appropriately manage firm data
• Expertise in all aspects of AI product development lifecycle and adjacent topics such as personas and user journeys
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of AI, ML and LLM products is preferred
• Proficiency in the English and Arabic language, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment
• Effective organization, time management with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

Your key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from qualification to close, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with firm protocols.
• Drive and track pursuit project plans, timelines, workstreams, interdependencies, and key milestones.
• Facilitate pursuit strategy discussions and help craft differentiated win themes focused on client needs while protecting EY’s interests.
• Develop compelling client-facing content including proposals, executive summaries, and presentations in collaboration with stakeholders.
