Qualification

CA, ACCA

0-2 years experience

Requirements:

• Graduate or 4th+ year student able to work full-time
• Upper-intermediate English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High motivation and ability to take creative approaches
• Result-oriented
• Knowledge of fundamentals of business administration/management
• Knowledge of fundamentals and best practices in HR management - serious plus

Responsibilities:

• Participation in salary survey and other research projects
• Participation in various HR advisory projects
• Communication with the clients
• Data analysis and preparing analytical reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Presentation preparation

Requirements:

• Higher Education ( Economics, Finance)
• Fluent English and Russian, Kazakh
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience in banking sector is a benefit
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High motivation and desire to work in this direction
