As aon ourteam, you will lead consulting engagements with strategic clients across multiple domains—including compliance, cloud security, application security, and more. You will conduct cyber risk assessments, design mitigation strategies, and guide clients through complex security challenges with confidence and clarity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of defensive cybersecurity consulting engagements—from scoping to executive read-out—covering Risk & Compliance, Cloud and Application Security, Security Operations, and more.
  • Advise CISOs and senior stakeholders on cybersecurity program maturity and co-develop strategic roadmaps toward enhanced cyber resilience.
  • Design actionable remediation plans and oversee their implementation to ensure measurable progress.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative service offerings, reusable accelerators, and thought leadership content.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity across multiple domains (e.g., cloud, network, application), ideally including consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of networking and cloud fundamentals , with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and management methodologies , including familiarity with leading frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27005.
  • Excellent analytical skills , project management discipline, and fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

  • 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or complex offensive security projects
  • Proven expertise in advanced attack techniques, including privilege escalation, lateral movement, evasion, and persistence
  • Strong background in vulnerability research, exploit development, or reverse engineering
  • Strong developing and automation skills
  • Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, and modern detection mechanisms – and how to bypass them
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business insights
  • Experience in client-facing roles, including presentations to senior stakeholders

Technical Project Management

  • Join effort with delivery teams to ensure successful projects delivery and high client satisfaction in variety of domains, including Cloud security, Threat detection and response, DevSecOps, Infrastructure security and more.
  • Monitor project progress and quality and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalations
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging threats to provide proactive recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for consideration within a broader business landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
