Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and coordination.

Experience:

• Experience in Oracle ERP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, TAX & SLA) preferably in Fusion
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working with Oracle PPM product suite (EBS and Fusion) with relevant experience in all functional modules.
• Experience in at least three full life cycle implementations, with at least one implementation in in Fusion finance offerings and Clear understanding of the functional flow in finance modules and its integrations.
• Experience in a client-facing delivery role and experience in project planning and management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or other relevant tools

• Senior level consultant in the IT Advisory Services team to work on various SAP HCM projects for our customers across the globe

Your client responsibilities:

• Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in SAP HCM Payroll implementation project.
• Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements
• Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design
• Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
