Job Title: Assistant Director – Trainer

Enterprise Technology provides reliable, secure and resilient technology services and solutions to support our 400,000 EY people. The Service Adoption Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure the successful adoption of new services and technologies within the organization (primarily M365, Security, Mobile and AI such as M365 Copilot). Your key responsibilities

• Training Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different user groups within the organization.
