Technical Excellence

· Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues

· Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them

· Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues

Qualification

• MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with good academic background and high scores in finance/ economics and management subjects

Relevant work experience in a reputed organisation

Graduate in Any discipline, with Master or Post Graduate degree in Education, Management, or relevant discipline

1. Experience should be of working in the education (or associated) domain either industry or consulting; Demonstrated of working with IFIs / large scale transformation projects either public or private is desirable.

2. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

3. Exceptional problem-solving and advisory skills, strong presentation and data analytical abilities

4. Significant experience working with State/Centre and local governments, including large-scale stakeholder management. Familiarity with the central government functioning, its hierarchies, structure and ways of working preferred.

• Provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement
• Support on marketing pitches
• Independent charge of financial modeling
• Data analysis, financial analysis and modelling
• Market research (primary and secondary)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power point
• Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations
• Have experience in Valuations
• Good communication both written and oral (including report writing)
• Strong Financial modeling skills
• Should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with the Big 4 CA firms or with reputed Investment Banks

To qualify for the role you must have:
