About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedto join our AI and Data consulting practice and lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge data and AI solutions for our enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business requirements with technical execution, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures that drive measurable business value.

Impact you deliver for our clients

• Design and architect end-to-end AI and data solutions on Azure, AWS or Google GCS leveraging modern data and AI platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks

• Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints including data pipeline, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities

• Define data and AI governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance standards aligned with industry regulations

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into architectural requirements

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to senior IT and/or business stakeholders across consumer products, retail, health, life sciences or energy industries

• Present complex technical concepts and solution roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Lead architecture review boards and provide technical governance throughout project lifecycles

• Oversee the implementation of data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures

• Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability

• Define integration patterns between cloud platforms, third-party applications, and legacy systems

• Actively contribute to practice development as a technical thought leader in AI and Data topics

• Understanding of building and integrating Agentic AI solutions into existing cloud platforms

• Mentor junior architects and technical teams on best practices and emerging technologies

Essential Criteria

• One or more Advanced level AI and Data architecture certifications in Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS or Databricks.

• Proven track record of architecting enterprise-scale data and ML solutions for organizations in at least one of the following sectors: consumer products, retail, health, energy or life sciences

• Deep expertise in at least one of the following data and AI services: Microsoft Azure, AWS , Google GCP

• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake and/or Databricks

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders

Qualification

CNS - Risk - Process & Controls :

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Technical Excellence

• Process Review & Documentation Support in reviewing internal controls and operational processes. Document findings and prepare detailed reports for senior consultants and clients. Talent Consultant- Supervising Associate

You will need to be collaborative, influential, and work across functions to execute on attracting, assimilate, develop, engaging and retain key talent. You will drive project management for various HR (Human Resource) initiatives, including Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent transformation, Talent Development and Reward & Recognition etc.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing a sustainable and scalable engagement framework for the business unit and take ownership for the delivery
• Provide support to the business leaders and counsellors in the implementation of engagement initiatives across the business unit
• Anticipate issues and needs within the business unit and address these effectively
• Provide insight on people issues, particularly ER (Employee Relations) cases within business unit, provide a robust point of view on business decisions and their impact upon people
